Registered Trademark:

(1) Applicant's Entity Proof:For corporate applicants, a copy of the business license or valid registration certificate with the official seal is required; for individual applicants, personal identification documents such as ID card or passport must be provided.
(2) Applicant's Detailed Information:Including Chinese and English names, nature, nationality, detailed address, postal code, and contact information.
(3) Trademark Sample:Provide a clear electronic version of the trademark sample in jpg format, less than 200kb, with pixel dimensions between 400x400 and 1500x1500. For black and white applications, provide a black and white logo; for color applications, provide both color and black logos.
(4) Goods or Services Information:Clearly specify the categories and specific names of goods or services for the trademark application, classified according to international classification standards.
(5) Power of Attorney:If a trademark agency is entrusted to handle the application, a power of attorney must be provided.
(6) Priority Documents (if applicable):If claiming priority, provide the priority documents and corresponding English translations.
(7) Declaration of Use and Evidence (in specific cases):Within specified time frames such as within 3 years from the application date, 5-6 years from the trademark registration date, and 1 year from the renewal expiration date, actual use declarations and evidence must be submitted, such as advertisements, promotional materials, packaging, etc., otherwise, trademark protection will be invalidated.

Registering a Company:

1. Company Name Related Materials:

(1) Company Name:Provide 2-3 alternative names, with common suffixes such as inc. or corp.

(2) Business Scope:Clearly define the main and related business scope of the company.

(3) Registered Address:Provide proof of address in the Philippines, such as a lease agreement.

2.Shareholder Related Materials:

(1) Identification Proof:Individual shareholders must provide a copy of valid identification such as a passport; corporate shareholders must provide registration certificates, business licenses, articles of association, board resolutions, and other documents, which must be notarized.
(2) Shareholding Distribution Ratio:Clearly specify the shareholding ratio of each shareholder.
3. Director Related Materials

(1) Identification Proof:Copies of passports and other valid identification for all directors.

(2) Address Proof:Permanent address, phone number, and email address.

4. Company Secretary Related Materials

(1) Identification Proof:The company secretary must be a citizen and resident of the Philippines, providing their passport and other identification.
(2) Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws:The articles of incorporation and bylaws must include the company's purpose, organizational structure, shareholder rights, and other provisions.

5. Financial Officer's Declaration:Must be signed by the financial officer.
6. Registered Capital Proof:The initial registered capital for wholly foreign-owned enterprises must be $200,000, and relevant documents such as bank credit certificates must be provided; the statutory capital for joint ventures is 5,000 PHP, which must be fully paid.
7. Other Materials
(1) Joint Affidavit of Two Founders:As required by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission, this affidavit must be provided to authorize changes to the company name.
(2) SEC Form F-100:Companies with foreign investors holding more than 40% of shares must fill out and submit this form.
