Dora Group collaborates with the University of Indonesia to advance a new journey in teacher training in Indonesia!

On September 17, 2024, a significant collaboration shone brightly in the field of education. Dora signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the University of Indonesia, and excitingly, this collaboration is not a "solo performance," but a grand "educational ensemble." Ten Indonesian universities participated together to jointly promote contributions to education and training in Indonesia. This achievement will bring broader learning opportunities and development prospects for students in Indonesia.

On September 17, 2024, a significant collaboration shone brightly in the field of education. Dora signed an MOU cooperation agreement with the University of Indonesia, and excitingly, this collaboration is not a "solo dance," but a grand "educational ensemble." Ten Indonesian universities participated together to contribute to the advancement of education and training in Indonesia. This achievement will bring broader learning opportunities and development prospects for Indonesian students.

As the first human resources development company for universities to land in Indonesia, Dora Group has been trying to provide services primarily offline and supplemented online since 2023. It aims to open up employment channels for university graduates and is committed to the development of human resources in higher education. Through initial exploration and attempts, Dora Group has identified the following cooperation opportunities with Indonesian universities, utilizing the "five-person" model for collaboration, which includes agents, planners, managers, trainers, and recommenders.
First, Zhu Meiyuan, the founder of Dora Group, delivered an excellent speech at the event, painting a bright future for this collaboration as a pioneer in promoting the education sector between China and Indonesia!

Mr. Li Jian, the education and cultural counselor of the Indonesian Embassy in Beijing, stated at the meeting that Indonesia needs a large amount of human resources but faces difficulties in connecting these resources with employment opportunities. Through international cooperation with Dora Group, serving as a bridge between enterprises and Indonesian universities, this collaboration aims to support these human resources by providing training programs, courses, and internship opportunities.

The leader of the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture (Ahmad Saufi) also spoke at the event, emphasizing the implementation of Presidential Decree No. 68 of 2022, which revitalizes vocational education and training, and the need for joint efforts. This collaboration must go beyond current thinking. We should learn from China's practices, focusing on knowledge, skills, and especially the transmission of core values.

Mr. Hu, the president of the Indonesian Zhejiang General Chamber of Commerce, also spoke, briefly introducing the situation of the chamber to the guests present as a supporting unit for this event, and expressing hope for more local professionals to be sent to Chinese-funded enterprises, making greater efforts for the economic and trade relations between the two countries.

1. Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University(UIN Raden Intan Lampung) is the largest and oldest Islamic higher education institution in Lampung, Indonesia. Established in 1961, it is dedicated to cultivating knowledge, spirituality, and political qualities. Located in Lampung Province, Indonesia.

2. Indramayu State Polytechnic(Politeknik Negeri Indramayu), also known as POLINDRA, is a state polytechnic located in Indramayu, Indonesia. The college offers various courses, including mechanical engineering, refrigeration and air conditioning, information technology, and nursing. Located in Indramayu District, West Java, Indonesia.

3. Universitas Medika Suherman(Universitas Medika Suherman) is a health university established by the Sentra Medika hospital group. It focuses on training healthcare professionals and offers various programs to support this mission. The university has received B-level accreditation and has two faculties, twelve study programs, and an employment center to assist students in finding jobs. Located in Indramayu District, West Java, Indonesia.

4. Padang State Polytechnic(POLITEKNIK NEGERI PADANG) was established in 1987. As of 2024, it offers 7 departments and 33 study programs, including diplomas and bachelor's degrees in fields such as accounting, mechanical engineering, business administration, information technology, English language, civil engineering, and electrical engineering. Located in West Sumatra, Indonesia.

5. Indonesian Lecturers Association(Indonesian Lecturers Association) is an independent professional organization that emphasizes the expertise and knowledge of its members. Founded in 1998, it highlights academic freedom, cultural aspects, and collegial relationships among lecturers. It also aims to promote the interests of academia and improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Located in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

6. Budi Luhur University in South Jakarta, Indonesia(Universitas Budi Luhur) is a university in Jakarta, Indonesia, formed by integrating several institutions, including the Budi Luhur Information Management and Computer College and the Budi Luhur Economic College. Its teaching is recognized, ranking second among top universities in Jakarta according to UniRank 2024. The university offers various facilities that can be explored through virtual tours. Located in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

7. Lambung Mangkurat University in Indonesia(Universitas Lambung Mangkurat) is a well-known university in Indonesia, recognized for its education and service. It offers various academic programs across different faculties, focusing on improving students' lives while addressing social issues such as health. Located in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia.

8. Indonesia Pharmacy School(Sekolah Tinggi Farmasi Indonesia) is a renowned educational institution dedicated to cultivating excellent pharmacy talents. The school is rated as one of the top pharmacy schools in Indonesia, offering bachelor's degrees in pharmacy, with its programs receiving at least C-level accreditation. Located in Bandung, West Java.

9. Pamulang University in South Tangerang, Indonesia(Universitas Pamulang) is one of the largest private universities located in Banten, Indonesia. It was established in 2000 by the Prima Jaya Foundation. The university is recognized for its academic programs and was recently ranked as the sixth-best private university in Indonesia. Located in Pamulang, South Tangerang.

10. Jember State Polytechnic in Indonesia(Politeknik Negeri Jember) is a higher education institution in Indonesia known for its emphasis on practical and vocational education. It offers various courses in fields such as agriculture, animal husbandry, business management, health, and information technology. The institution emphasizes innovation and professionalism in its educational methods. Located in Jember District, East Java.

Through cooperation in the above five aspects, we hope that Dora Group can become a collaborator and navigator in the development of human resources for Indonesian universities, contributing to the development of talent, enterprise growth, and economic construction in Indonesia. This event signifies the joint development of both countries, working together to promote educational exchanges between China and Indonesia.
To serve as a bridge for cooperation and communication between Chinese-funded enterprises and Indonesian schools in academia and industry, promoting educational and cultural cooperation between the two countries to a higher level and broader field.
