Registered Trademark:

(1) Applicant's Identity Proof:The legal person must provide a copy of the business license or valid registration certificate with the official seal; individuals must provide a copy of their ID card or passport.
(2)Applicant's Detailed Information:Including Chinese and English names or titles, nature, detailed address, postal code, contact information, etc.
(3)Trademark Sample:A clear jpg file of the trademark sample, less than "200kb", with pixel dimensions between "400x400--1500x1500".
(4)List of Goods/Services and Categories:Clearly list the categories and specific items of goods or services involved in the trademark.
(5)Power of Attorney:If an agency is entrusted to handle the application, a notarized power of attorney for trademark agency must be provided.
(6)Other Documents:If the trademark contains non-English characters, the corresponding English translation must be provided; if the trademark applied for is a portrait, a statement from the portrait rights holder consenting to use the portrait for trademark registration must be provided. If it is an animal portrait, documents allowing its use for trademark registration issued by the relevant authority must be provided.
Registered Company:

1.Materials Related to Shareholders and Directors:

(1) Identity Proof:If shareholders and directors are individuals, they must provide original and copies of their passports; if they are corporate shareholders, they must provide the corporate registration documents and identity proof of the legal representative.
(2) Address Proof:Individual shareholders and directors must provide address proof from the last three months in Thailand or their home country; corporate shareholders must provide proof of the actual business location in Thailand, or if not available, proof of the registered address in their home country along with a translation and notarization.
(3) Share Distribution Documents:Documents clearly stating the shareholding ratios and contribution methods, such as a share distribution agreement signed among shareholders.
(4) Director Appointment Documents:Shareholders serving as directors must provide a declaration document expressing their willingness to serve as directors and their responsibilities; externally hired directors must provide a letter of acceptance, personal resume, and qualification documents.
2. Basic Company Information Materials:

(1) Company Name:At least 3 alternative English names and a brief explanation of the meanings, which must comply with Thailand's naming rules.
(2)Company Articles of Association:Basic legal documents detailing the company's organizational structure, shareholder rights, director responsibilities, and operational rules.
(3)Company Registered Address Proof:For leased addresses, original and copies of the lease contract must be provided; for owned properties, original and copies of property ownership proof must be provided.

3. Registered Capital Related Materials:

(1) Capital Verification Report:Cash contributions require a bank-issued capital verification report; physical contributions require an evaluation report from a professional assessment agency; intangible asset contributions require relevant rights proof and a valuation report from a professional agency.

(2)Proof of Source of Registered Capital:If the shareholders' funds come from domestic sources, domestic bank transfer records or remittance vouchers must be provided; if from other countries or regions, international remittance vouchers or documents explaining the source of funds must be provided, and relevant foreign exchange registration procedures and proof documents may be required.
4. Other Materials

(1)Power of Attorney:If someone else is entrusted to handle the application, a notarized power of attorney must be provided, clearly stating the relevant information of the principal and the agent, as well as the entrusted matters and powers.

(2)Industry License Application Materials:If the company's business scope involves industries requiring special permits, corresponding industry license application materials must be provided.
