Registered Trademark:

(1) Applicant's Identity Proof:Domestic enterprises need to provide a copy or photocopy of the business license; foreign-invested enterprises in Vietnam need to provide a copy of the foreign investment enterprise registration certificate or business license; Vietnamese individuals need to provide a photocopy of their resident ID or passport; foreign applicants should submit a valid passport, translated into Vietnamese.
(2)Applicant's Address Information: Detailed address proof documents are required.
(3)Trademark Sample:If the trademark is composed of text, graphics, and other elements, a trademark sample must be submitted; for applications with specified color combinations, an additional sample must be submitted, and the trademark must be written or pronounced in Vietnamese.
(4)Power of Attorney:If an agency is entrusted to handle the application, a power of attorney must be provided, a copy can be submitted at the time of application, and the original must be submitted within 30 days after the application date.
(5)List of Goods/Services and Categories:Clearly list the categories and specific items of goods or services involved in the trademark, and provide categories determined according to international classification standards as much as possible.
(6)Priority Documents (if any):If claiming priority, a declaration and information about the original application country, application number, application date, etc., as well as a certified copy of the priority document and its English translation must be provided.

Registered Company:

1. Registration Materials:

(1)Basic Company Information Materials:English name, registered capital information, description of business scope.

(2)Name Approval Application:Fill out the name approval application form specified by the Malaysian Companies Commission, which should include the proposed company name, nature of business (main business activities), etc.

2. Shareholder Information:

(1) Identity Proof Documents:All shareholders (including local and foreign shareholders) need to provide photocopies of valid identity proof documents. For individual shareholders, it is usually an ID card or passport; for corporate shareholders, relevant documents such as the company registration certificate and business license need to be provided.

(2) Shareholder Related Materials:List of shareholders, amount of shares; if the shareholder is an individual, a scanned copy of the passport, photocopy of the ID card, and financial proof such as bank deposit certificates are required, and must be notarized domestically and certified by the Vietnamese embassy or consulate in China; if the shareholder is a company, the company registration certificate, a copy or photocopy of the business license, and the latest audited financial report must be provided.
(3)Materials Related to Directors and Legal Representatives:List of directors, list of legal representatives; scanned copies of passports of all directors and legal representatives must be provided, and foreign nationals must also provide a work permit and temporary residence permit in the locality.
(4)Registered Address Proof:Such as lease contracts; if the landlord's property is personal, it must be notarized by a Vietnamese notary office; if the landlord has proof of rental rights, notarization by a Vietnamese notary office is not required.
(5)Company Charter:Must include the company's organizational structure, shareholder rights, powers of the board of directors and supervisory board, etc.
(6)Shareholder Meeting Resolution:Used to confirm the company's registration matters and the rights of shareholders.
(7)Company Registration Application Form:Fill in the company's registration information, such as company type, address, etc.
