3. Goods/Services List Materials:

Clearly list the categories and specific items of goods or services for which the trademark is intended to be used, according to international classification standards.

5. Priority Documents (if claiming priority):

If the applicant wishes to claim priority based on the date of the first application in another country/region, they need to provide proof of priority. This includes the date of the first application, country/region, application number, etc., and this document may need to be notarized or certified and translated (if not in English).

Registering a Company:

1. Company Name Related Materials

(1) Name Selection:Provide the proposed English name of the company, generally ending with Limited, Corporation, Incorporated, etc., and prepare several alternative names to avoid duplication or non-compliance.

(2) Name Inquiry Form (if needed):In some cases, it may be necessary to fill out a name inquiry form to confirm the availability of the chosen name with the relevant authorities.

(1) Identification Proof:Individual shareholders provide a copy of their passport or ID card; company shareholders provide a copy of the registration certificate, business license, or other company registration documents.

(3) Director Appointment Letter:There should be a formal director appointment document stating the responsibilities, term, and other relevant information of the directors.

4. Company Registered Address Materials

Address Proof:If the office is leased, provide the lease agreement; if it is owned property, provide proof of property ownership to demonstrate that the company has a legal registered address in BVI.

6. Registered Capital Related Materials

(1) Registered Capital Amount Explanation:Clearly specify the amount of registered capital for the company. BVI companies generally do not have a minimum registered capital requirement, but the composition of the capital (such as cash, physical assets, intellectual property, etc.) and the method of contribution by shareholders need to be explained.
