(1) A copy of the individual business license and a copy of the ID card must be provided.

(2) Trademark samples: Provide 6 copies of the trademark sample. For colored trademarks with specified colors, 5 colored samples and 1 black-and-white draft must be submitted. The trademark samples must be clear and easy to paste, using smooth and durable paper or photos instead, with a length and width not exceeding 10 cm and not less than 5 cm. If the orientation of the trademark sample is unclear, arrows should indicate the top and bottom. For applications for cigarette and cigar trademarks, the sample can be the same size as the actual use.

(3) Trademark registration application form: A complete trademark registration application form must be filled out as required.

(4) Power of attorney: If an agency is entrusted to register, a power of attorney must be provided.

(5) Determine the category and specific items of goods or services: Clearly indicate the category of goods or services for which the trademark is used and the specific goods or services, strictly listing according to the trademark classification table.

Registered Company:

(1) Prepare the company articles of association, shareholder ID proof, registered capital proof (although it is a subscribed system, it needs to specify the subscribed amount and contribution method of the shareholders, etc.), proof of business scope (such as prior approval documents or licenses, etc.), registered address proof, and other materials.

(2) The registered address must be a real and valid address, which can be owned property, providing a copy of the property certificate; or it can be leased property, providing the lease contract and a copy of the landlord's property certificate. Then submit these materials to the local administration for industry and commerce. Many places can now also submit electronic materials through online government service platforms.
